Airport Shuttle

    • We require a minimum of 48 hours before your requested pick up time to ensure we have adequate staffing for this complimentary service. In addition, you need to plan to have our driver pick you up for your departure at least 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time from your airline. Anything less than 90 minutes puts you at risk of missing your flight should there be an unforeseen obstacle to getting to your home on time. Should your airline cancel your departing flight, we may not be able to transport you back home and then back to the airport later in the day due to scheduling or staffing limitations. Likewise, if you should move up your arrival to an earlier flight, you may experience delays due to the scheduling of other guests. In ALL cases, we will attempt to make any wait as short as possible for our complimentary service.
    • For Guests that wish to be picked up or dropped off at their home, our coverage area is defined as a 15-mile radius around our Dealership and/or a 10-mile radius around Wichita Mid-Continent Airport.
    • Having the correct arrival flight information and an available cell phone is critical for us to successfully complete your transportation needs and to communicate with you. If your departure time, arrival time, airline carrier, or flight number changes, it is imperative that you reach a live person, not an e-Mail or voicemail, with your change of travel plans.
    • Leaving a voicemail or sending an e-Mail, especially after hours, does not guarantee that we will have a driver available at the correct time. Please save the phone numbers provided in the confirmation e-Mail that will be sent to you prior to your departure or arrival should any changes to your plans become necessary.
    • As this is a complimentary service, we may combine Airport Shuttle requests when able to make efficient use of Airport Shuttle Drivers. This complimentary service is for the exclusive use of our Owners that purchased or leased their vehicles from Scholfield Auto Plaza and their immediate family.
    • Scholfield Auto Plaza will not pay parking fees at the Airport for any reason.
    • Scholfield Auto Plaza disclaims all liability of any kind resulting from providing or failure to provide its airport shuttle service.

  20. If you experience airline delays during your return to Wichita, this may cause a scheduling conflict with other guests whose arrival may be on time. In these instances, you may want to arrange other transportation as the wait for a driver to return to the airport to transport you home may be unacceptable to you. As our service is complimentary, we cannot reimburse you for any fees should you choose to not wait for a driver to return to transport you home. Also, if the Airline loses baggage belonging to you or another guest combined with you, we may have to adjust the schedule accordingly to keep wait times for the guests not involved with the missing baggage to a minimum.

    During Peak times of traffic to and from the Airport (Spring Break and Holidays), it is critical that every guest be ready at the time they have requested. We simply cannot allow one guest to make another guest late for their Airport Shuttle appointment. If a guest is more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled time they have set up for pick-up, we reserve the right to move on to the next scheduled appointment. If this happens, we can still assist you by picking up your vehicle at the Airport and bringing it back to the dealership to await your return.

    Your request is ready to submit to our automated scheduling system.  You will receive an automated receipt confirmation from our Client Care Center upon successful transmission of your request.  An appointment confirmation e-Mail will then be sent to you 48 hours before your pick up with important information regarding your appointment.  Please save this e-Mail and have access to it for your reference before your trip, during your trip, and upon your arrival back to Wichita, if it applies.
