COURTESY LOANER VEHICLES
With the goal of making your service experience as pleasant as possible, we stock a fleet of over 80 current model year loaner vehicles, all exclusively within the brands we represent, available to you by appointment and at no charge to you whatsoever, not even for fuel. We do not have any off-brand, non-luxury vehicles in our loaner fleet.

COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASHES - AS OFTEN AS YOU'D LIKE
Everybody knows your vehicle looks best right after it’s been washed. We provide a full wash every time you come in for service, or any other time you’d like your vehicle to look its best.

COMPLIMENTARY MOBILE WASH SERVICE
It’s true! The Luxury Experience has gone mobile! We have taken the Complimentary Courtesy Wash at our Dealership and have brought it to your driveway! We will wash, hand dry, vacuum, and clean every glass surface on your vehicle. Please call our Mobile Wash Hotline at 316.688.4401.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE
Are you headed out of town? Do you need a ride? When you schedule airport shuttle service with us, a driver in one of our two dedicated vehicles will pick you up at your home or office and drop you off at either Wichita/ICT or one of Wichita’s private airfields, any time of day or night, 24/7, even on holidays. MOBILE ASSISTANCE
All of our franchises come with the benefit of a roadside assistance program, but as an added benefit to you, when you purchase or lease a New or Pre-Owned Lexus or Mercedes-Benz from us, you’ll enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that our mobile assistance vehicle is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you’re ever in need of help changing a tire, repairing or replacing a battery, or if you’ve run out of fuel, just call and we’ll dispatch a driver immediately, anywhere in the Wichita area.

THE LUNCH EXPERIENCE
We’ve all been trained to believe there is no such thing as a free lunch! When you choose to wait for your vehicle to complete a service or maintenance visit at one of our dealerships from 11 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday, you will be able to enjoy a delicious lunch from one of Wichita’s premier gourmet delicatessens, with our compliments! Just place your order ahead of time, either online or on the phone, when making your service appointment. You’ll be able to select from a menu of your favorite choices and on the day of your appointment, your lunch will be delivered waiting for you to enjoy, completely free of charge.

SPECIAL DELIVERY
One way to make the delivery of a new vehicle even more special is to have us pre-load the vehicle with flowers, an over sized gift card, chocolates, photographs or just about anything you desire. Then, allow us to produce a custom video of the entire experience! We will arrange video recording of your delivery and we’ll go on to edit a short movie, email it to your recipients and even post it to the most popular social websites if you choose.

Wichita Luxury Collection Select Pre-Owned Vehicles are protected by a 60-day / 3,000 mile warranty, regardless of age or miles.
